Live Chat Instructions 

Final Hosts live assistance service is free, easy, and provides a private chat environment allowing clients; instant, unlimited customer support, in real time.

1) Please click on the icon at the top that says "ONLINE" or click now:

2) A welcome box will appear and simply ask for your name, email, topic and which department you wish to start a chat session with, press submit when done.
3) Another window connects & rings for a Final Host customer support operator. A green button will flash contacting. That window will disappear when one of our operators answers your chat session.
4) Upon answering, the information given previously (1st box) will be at the top of the screen & in the body of the chat box will read, "Hello How May I Help You"?
5) Simply type your questions at the bottom of the chat box (message) screen and hit send.

If our operators are busy, or unavailable; our system will automatically re-direct you to an email messenger where you can leave your questions & one of our support staff members will answer your questions within minutes !
